When I bought my new home in 2007, I figured since it had a 10 year warranty, that all things would be covered. I was sadly mistaken. Fortunately, I had the House Doctor who accommodated my schedule and tenants to fix all the things in the home for 10 straight years, to include upgrades, painting, staining the dock, etc.
